Solidarity Gallery in Stirling

Some people in Stirling, as in other mayor cities of Scotland, were intensely involved in the 1970s and 1980s, in the solidarity work against the bloody dictatorship of Augusto Pinochet. Below are some records belonging to the Stirling Chile Solidarity Campaign including, material related to the history of the committee. These records show the immense commitment of the Stirling committee to work on behalf of the People of Chile suffering a lot of hardship at the hand of a fascist dictatorship.

Algunas personas en Stirling, como en otras ciudades de Escocia, estuvieron intensamente involucradas en el movimiento solidario con El Pueblo de Chile durante la sangrienta dictadura de Augusto Pinochet en los años 70s y 80s. Abajo hay una muestra visual muy interesante perteneciente a la Campaña de Solidaridad con Chile en Stirling incluida la historia del comité. Este material muestra la prodigiosa dedicación del comité de Stirling hacia El Pueblo de Chile sufriendo todo tipo de desgracias a las manos de la dictadura fascista de Augusto Pinochet.
